#HappyReunion -> Chibok Girls Reunited With Their Families

The 21 Chibok schoolgirls released by Boko Haram have been reunited with their families.

Some have spoken about the difficult conditions they were held in during detention since being captured by the jihadist group in April 2014.

During a christian ceremony held for them in the Nigerian capital, Abuja one of the girls said they had survived for 40 days without food and narrowly escaped death at least once.

“We thank God because we do not think that we would be alive to see this day.
